Grace Barrett
My name is Grace Barrett and I am a second year student at Ohio University majoring in Nutrition Science (Pre-Physician Assistant) with a minor in biology and a certificate in interdisciplinary health studies. My goal is to become a physician assistant and work in either pediatric cardiology, or dermatology. I joined MED because I wanted to help create an environment in which anyone interested in a career in health sciences could work on their personal and professional growth, and have the tools to succeed in their future. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and going on day-trips.

My name is Sydney Blackstone! I am currently a second year at Ohio University, I am majoring in Psychology on the Pre-PA track with a minor in biology with a certificate with
interdisciplinary health studies. My goal is to become a physician assistant and work in neonatology. I joined MED because I want to inspire others to join a health science field and to help create a safe environment for Pre Professional health care students. In my free time, I enjoy reading, doing my own nails and volunteering at the dog shelter.

Isabelle Ferreira
Hi, my name is Isabelle Ferreira, and I’m a second-year student at Ohio University, majoring in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Biological Sciences and a certificate in Global Health. After undergrad, I plan to attend medical school and eventually pursue a career in travel medicine and humanitarian aid. I joined Mu Epsilon Delta to connect with fellow students who share my passion for healthcare and to gain experiences that will help me grow both personally and professionally. In my free time, I love cooking, going to concerts, spending time outdoors, and playing ultimate frisbee.

My name is Averyanna Magers, and I am a sophomore at Ohio University majoring in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences. I aspire to become a pediatric speech-language pathologist so that I can help children improve their communication and make a positive impact on their lives. I joined MED to gain valuable experience, connect with others who share similar goals, and grow both personally and professionally. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, watching movies, and listening to music.

Hello, my name is Audrey Hale. I am a sophomore at Ohio University majoring in Exercise Physiology Pre-Athletic Training. While also pursuing a minor in Outdoor Recreation and Education and a certificate in Sports Nutrition. I am from Missoula, Montana. My future career aspirations are to be either an athletic trainer at the collegiate or professional level. I joined MED because it provides various opportunities in the medical field, it is a great way to make connections, meet people and students working in different health fields. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, anything outdoors and playing all kinds of sports.

Hello, my name is Brianna Stoner and I am currently a sophomore at Ohio University. My major is Exercise Physiology on the Pre-PA track, along with a minor in biology. I hope to become a Physician Assistant in the near future! I’m from Wadsworth, OH, and love to go on walks, exercise, and hangout with my friends in my free time. I joined MED to become involved in the pre-health community, make connections, volunteer, and gain academic support and resources.

I’m class of 2028, and my major is bio. I’m from Cincinnati, Ohio, and I hope to attend medical school and become a PM&R doctor. I want to be a part of kickstarting this super inclusive pre-health frat so students with any health career aspirations can grow and learn from each other! I enjoy working out, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors in my free time.
